Necromancer spell changes

DoT Spells:

  • Acid Bolt - Cast time increased to 2.5 seconds (was 1.75)
  • Heart Flutter - Removed from Necromancer
    • Because of the nature of this spell (lots of stat reducing elements, aggro), this makes more sense to be a Shadowknight-exclusive spell
  • Infectious Cloud - Changed from a Target AoE to a Single Target spell. Damage increased to 14 (was 5), Duration reduced to 10 ticks (was 21), Initial Damage was removed
  • Searing Blood - Duration reduced to 9 ticks (was 10), Damage reduced to 24 per tick (was 32)
  • Venom of the Spider - Cast time increased to 2.5 seconds (was 1.75), mana cost increased to 135 (was 95)
  • Inflame blood - Level raised to 39 (was 34), cast time increased to 4 seconds (was 2.45), mana cost increased to 200 (was 180)
  • Scourge - Level lowered to 34 (was 39), mana cost decreased to 130 (was 170), initial damage decreased to 30 (was 40), damage per tick decreased to 32 (was 40)
  • Asystole - Cast time decreased to 4 seconds (was 4.1) , mana cost increased to 115 (was 105), damage per tick increased to 85 (was 69. sorry…)
  • Venom of the Scorpion - Cast time increased to 3 seconds (was 1.75), initial damage decreased to 50 (was 68), damage per tick decreased to 115 (was 170)
  • Bond of Death - Cast time decreased to 6 seconds (was 7)
  • Deadly Spirit - Cast time decreased to 6 seconds (was 7)
  • Envenomed Bolt - Cast time decreased to 4 seconds (was 6.1)
  • Plague - Level increased to 53 (was 52), cast time decreased to 5 seconds (was 6.1), damage per tick increased to 92 (was 72)
  • Vexing Mordinia - Cast time decreased to 5 seconds (was 5.5)
  • Vexing Spirit - Cast time decreased to 5 seconds (was 5.5)
  • Sytha’s Theft of Vitae - Cast time decreased to 6 seconds (was 8)
  • Scitterpox - Cast time increased to 5 seconds (was 4.5), damage per tick decreased to 350 (was 385)
  • Relic: Hand of Kaezul - Damage per tick decreased to 380 (was 420. sorry…)
  • Relic: Spirit of Kaezul - Damage per tick decreased to 380 (was 420. sorry…)
  • Relic: Marlow’s Cremation - Cast time increased to 5.5 seconds (was 4), damage per tick decreased to 460 (was 520)
  • Archaic: Claws of the Chill - Initial damage removed (was 200), damage per tick decreased to 765 (was 795)

DD Spells:

  • Ignite Bones - Cast time decreased to 5 seconds (was 6.1)
  • Tishkaal’s Venom Blast - Level increased to 55 (was 54)
  • Chill Bones - Level increased to 56 (was 55), Cast time decreased to 4 seconds (was 6), damage increased to 825 (was 635 - 645, as level increased)
  • Cryotoxin - Cast time decreased to 4 seconds (was 5.5)
